Terrance Berry

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Terrance Berry is responsible for the overall business activities and functions of NPI, including defining the mission and vision for innovative wireless solutions, procuring funding, and ensuring a consistent focus on the company’s mission and vision.

Mr. Berry brings more than 20 years of industry experience in wired and wireless telecom as well as datacom technologies with a proven record of working with large equipment manufacturers and carriers including Alcatel-Lucent, IBM and FedEx. A holistic visionary, Mr. Berry is constantly following ever-changing industry standards, regulatory compliance and market fluctuations and their impacts on strategic direction and overall product success. Prior to NPI, Mr. Berry gained extensive experience in working at all levels of the value chain in the telecom industry from development to cell tower technologies. Mr. Berry also has patents pending in key wireless technologies.


L. Michael Pizzini

Co-founder & Executive Vice President
L. Michael Pizzini is responsible for marketing and sales strategy, including product and solution marketing, brand naming, corporate communications program strategy, sales, and channel marketing and sales placement.

His more than 20 years of industry experience includes serving as principal to Selltower Services as well as multiple sales management and marketing positions at Alcatel-Lucent.
His last position there was co-acting vice president of sales supporting the AT&T account for the wireless division. Prior to NPI, Mr. Pizzini held sales and marketing positions for Newbridge Networks, UB Networks, Compaq Computer Networking Division, NetWorth Inc, and Tandy Corporation, among others.


Larry Du Broc

VP Business Development
Senior Executive with 25 plus years of Sales & Marketing experience in the telecommunications industry, IP Networking and computer hardware/software. Responsible for Managing US & International Sales and Engineering Staff’s. He has worked for Major Corporations: Verizon, Alcatel Corp, and Managed Several Venture Capital Start-ups such as : Newbridge Networks, Micronics, Verilink others He has engineered, sold and implemented World-wide Communication Networks for Major Carriers: AT&T, Verizon and CenturyTel and Fortune 1000 companies: Kansas City Power & Light, British Petroleum, and City of Houston to name a few. Larry has extensive knowledge in corporate/professional business development, product development, project management, field management and strong background in sales management and business operations knowledge. Has managed to multi-million dollar budgets.

Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business. A member of M&A Source and Tech Titans.


Satish Kambalimath

Board Member
Satish is a highly accomplished business and technology leader known for a proven track record of scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and driving sustainable growth. With foundational experience at major technology companies including IBM, AT&T Bell Labs, and Cadence Design Systems, he brings extensive expertise in enterprise sales, go-tomarket (GTM) strategies, and managing high-value product portfolios. He has successfully leveraged this background to lead organizations from inception to market leadership.

Throughout his career, Satish has founded and scaled multiple startups, raising over $40M globally and orchestrating successful exits, including a 3x investor return through a strategic acquisition by Gaula of Italy. His expertise lies in building high-performance, cross-functional teams, implementing scalable operational frameworks, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance eNiciency and profitability. He specializes in aligning cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. With a keen ability to navigate complex challenges, he excels in executing growth strategies, managing risk, and optimizing financial performance to maximize enterprise value.
